Shibboleth Integration with SAP via SAML2.0

You can try Gluu Server. It has Shibboleth IDP ( with GUI )  which is
definitely SAML 2.0. As far as I remember... few users already integrated
their SAP ( as SP ) with Gluu Server's SAML part. BTW, Gluu Server is a
FOSS product. http://www.gluu.org/docs/
