Signgo Ilex as IdP with Shibboleth SP

You're both off track :) the IdP is within the customer's Internal network.
I am a SaaS service provider that cannot access that IdP.
The customer's end-users do have access internet access to reach my SP, and
do have access to authenticate against their IdP.

I have configured my SP to authenticate against my internal IdP, but testing
purposes and maintenance of the application itself.
This is very common and I'm quite surprised about the confusion that's being
caused here.

Anyway, I finally got their response back. Decoded RelayState response from
the IdP! if anyone has ANY idea how to fix that in the above mentioned IdP
(Ilex Sign&Go) do drop a line please.
