Good point, that file will have rotted when we removed Xercxes from the
distro.  You will need to edit the relying-party.xml by hand as per the UK
Fed documentation
(http://www.ukfederation.org.uk/content/Documents/Setup2IdP).  Do not forget
to remove the testshib metadata since leaving it in a production machine is
a security hole (because anyone can pretend to be testshib).

I have to ask why you are using the IdPV2 Quick Installer.  If you are using
the QI then you are installing a new IdP and so you need to ask yourself
whether V3 wouldn't be a better place to start rather than be faced with
rolling a V2 install forwards?
