You'll see what the SP sends "co-located" with the authn request
message sent to the IDP, with the HTTP-Redirect protocol binding as
part of the URL (with HTTP-POST as part of the, well, HTTP POST).

For the HTTP-POST reponse from the IDP Scott has already given you the
location (POST form parameter).

So you can campare them themselfs without involving the IDP.
