Signgo Ilex as IdP with Shibboleth SP

Hi,

We have a customer trying to authenticate against our Shibboelth SP with
SignGo Ilex in an SP initiated scenario
once they reach our SP, the error is "URL is malformed"
there's nothing in the logs except the same thing:
shib_handler: URL is malformed.

Any experience with Ilex that can shed some light?
