Why would you start with an out of date version? That isn't even close to 
current on the old branch.

You should never include ports in an entityID. Beyond that, the error is 
exactly what's documented, you failed to supply metadata to the SP for 
that IdP name. That's it.

There is nothing else to tell you, that's the cause. If you don't 
understand metadata, then you'll need to ask a specific question.
