Shib 3.0.0 on Windows - zero byte aacli.bat

Shibboleth 3.0.0.10

Windows Server 2012 R2

java version "1.8.0_25"



Shibboleth installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Shibboleth via installer
(install Jetty checked).



After a more or less vanilla Windows Shibboleth 3.0.0 installation, I found
that aacli.bat had zero bytes, but aacli.sh was OK.

Bug?

Discontinued?

Just me?

Linux favoritism?



The file was OK with the beta version.
