using samlP:requesterID

I'd like to build an attribute release policy based upon the value presented in the samlP:RequesterID attribute of the AuthnRequest in a proxy scenario; i.e. if samlP:RequesterID = https://proxiedsp.anywhere.com/shibboleth release emailAddress.
