Off-topic from the original issue but: Yeah, if I did it, it would have
been with either a Mac or Linux.  But I think we're talking about what
shipped in IdP 3.0.0, and I didn't build that, looks like tzeller did. 
It does have CRLF.  I don't know if that's an artifact of building on
Windows, or if the relevant Maven stuff uses CRLF by default.  Never
noticed before.
