shib-cas-authn3 for CAS Server and Shib IdP Integration

The Unicon IAM Team is pleased to announce the release of the
shib-cas-authn3 library. This library will allow the Shibboleth IdP v3
to delegate authentication to an external CAS Server thus allowing
organizations to leverage their existing CAS Server investments. Like
the shib-cas-authn2, version 3 continues to translates the IdP's passive
and forced authn request to CAS's gateway and renew functionality.

Note: For those still running Shibboleth IdP v2.x, you'll want to
continue using the shib-cas-authn2 release
