shibboleth SP Relaystate

Hi everybody ,

i have configured shibboleth2.xml with relayState="cookie" in <sessions>
configuration .
my objectif is that i can retrieve this cookie in my Idp , so that i can
redirect into other authentication pages (customized)

for example

i type *https://sp.example.com/App1 <https://sp.example.com/App1>*  , then
in idp i get the URL and it decide which authentication page will be loaded
.

my question is how i can get this link : *https://sp.example.com/App1
<https://sp.example.com/App1>*  from IDP .
