IDP metadata in 3.0

Incidentally, IdP 3.0 ships a metadata servlet which relies on a Java 7
feature (try-with-resources) that may not be available in some supported
container versions.  However, even after fixing that, I never did find a
way to access the metadata via that servlet.  Perhaps the servlet should
be removed from the webapp?
