A proxy between IDP and SP

Apparently there are two problems.  One is with metadata setting (I 
assume 192.168.1.36 is your proxy?).   You need to set the assertion 
service in metadata to include proxy's domain name.  Another problem is 
with your proxy setting.  You have to set the proxy to forward message 
to the SP.   Please see
