SAML 2 SSO error on connectiong to TestShip idp

Hello List,
  I have recently set up a new Shibboleth SP running on  openSuSe 13.2 (x86_64). Following instructions I have uploaded the SP's Metadata and have changed the Shibboleth2.xml file to the required configuration. However upon trying to test via https://sp.colegsirgar.ac.uk/secure I get the testShib Error page with the message :-  Error Message: SAML 2 SSO profile is not configured for relying party https://sp.colegsirgar.ac.uk/shibboleth

After checking around I am correct in thinking that my SP hasn't been registered on the TestShibs idp a quick check of the idp log shows that my SP is being treated as anonymous

04:29:17.830 - WARN [edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.idp.profile.saml2.SSOProfileHandler:222] - SAML 2 SSO profile is not configured for relying party https://sp.colegsirgar.ac.uk/shibboleth

I have checked if the shibd service is running and both Apparmor and SELinux are not installed on the system. I am new to the Shibboleth system and not really sure what to do next any help with this will be much appreciated
