Problem with logout from Office 365

Dear Ms,

I have configured a Shibboleth IdP 2.4.3 to authenticate users on a Office
365 domain. The login part is working without any problem.

But, when any user tries to do a logout, they are receiving the following
error:

On my Tomcat server, I didn't see any access to the "LogOffUri" configured
at the Azure AD using the "Set-MsolDomainAuthentication".

What can be this problem?

Anyway, Microsoft told me that they won't help me because they can't help
with a third party system, like Shibboleth. They would give me support only
if I was using the AD FS.
