SessionInitiator for a specific IdP endpoint

As the IDP's SingleSignOnService is of EndpointType (not
IndexedEndpointType) I'm assuming you can only select the
SingleSignOnService based on the Binding, i.e. set outgoingBindings in
the SP's authnRequest,
