RPM for installing Shibboleth

I think you guys are right. The packages are no longer available on
ftp.utexas.edu.

I tried on my Firefox and it didn't redirect me to somewhere else. Doesn't
seem there's a way to bypass the mirrors.

Scott, is it possible for you to give me the URL it redirected you to? I
think what I will do is to save the packages and put in our local repo.
