Not commenting on the quality of any specific implementation but
you'll find example ECP clients in the Contributions section of the
wiki

Since you mentioned integration with existing infrastruture etc., do
note that not all IDPs (and SPs, but I think you're controlling the SP
side of things here?) support ECP at this time, so depending on the
intended user community that may or may not be an option for a
large-scale deployment.
