I'm still in a stalemate.
I configure SP with
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPServiceSSO
I configure IDP with
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPEnableECP
and
http://wiki.aaf.edu.au/tech-info/identity-provider/enabling-ecp-support

What's concretly the next step please ?

There are detailed examples in that wiki where the extension is documented. A delegated assertion is issued with the user as the subject.
The intermediary SP is named in the Delegate element in the condition included in the assertion for policy purposes.
