Shib v3 Support for IdP Initiated SSO

Just curious.  Before I decide to implement this on my current v2.x IdP,
does Shib v3 support IdP Initiated SSO (IdPUnsolicitedSSO)?  I’d hate to do
so now and then find out I can’t upgrade to v3 because it will not support
it.
