Either that, or you could create SAML metadata with an additional ACS
URL for each vhost from a script. E.g. in the case of univie's web
hosting environment the vhosts where defined in an RDBMS and httpd
config was generated automatically from that, so also creating the
necessary SAML metadata from that RDBMS seemed obvious.
