Metadata not updating in IDP

Upgraded to 2.4.2 some time ago and still seeing this issue. No longer seeing the "Negative delay" error in the container logs though.

18:35:28.934 - DEBUG [org.opensaml.security.MetadataCredentialResolver:167] - Forcing on-demand metadata provider refresh if necessary
18:35:28.934 - DEBUG [org.opensaml.saml2.metadata.provider.AbstractMetadataProvider:87] - Metadata document exists, but it is no longer valid

Any other ideas?
