Anybody not starting from scratch is presumed to be on the announce list 
and see any security advisories we release, and anybody starting from 
scratch wouldn't see any problem.

V2 could use a page like this [1], but I'm not taking time away from V3 
documentation to work on it. If somebody else wants to do that, Brent or 
otherwise, that's fine with me.
