Shibboleth Integration points with Google Apps API's?

I am trying to see if Shibboleth SSO has any custom integration points with any of the Google Apps APIs<https://developers.google.com/google-apps/>? For example, are there available modules that allows can sync / provision users in Google Apps based on the users in the directory?

Not really, today, AFAIK.  Provisioning and SSO are typically solved as completely separate problems.

I don’t know that will always be the case.  Walter Hoehn and Tom Zeller have both thought to use the attribute authority as a provisioning engine, so other people have had your same inclination.  It’s not a bad idea, but in practice, it’s a challenge.
