IdP 3.2 and DuoSecurity options

Just to make sure I'm not missing anything, is this the lay of the land?

1) github.com/Unicon/shib-mfa-duo-auth only works with IdP 3.1, and issue #12 says there might be problems with later Jetty versions.
2) github.com/uchicago/shibboleth-idpv3-duo was superseded by Unicon's work.
3) github.com/duosecurity/duo_shibboleth/tree/master/v3 has no binary release and seems less mature than Unicon's; is anyone actually using it?

It appears that my next step should be to see whether our limited resources as a small liberal arts school can help rev the Unicon code up to 3.2 (we are in touch). Failing that, we should go to 3.1, which while not as nice as 3.2, should be supported longer than our current production IdP 2.4.
