Jetty bad alias warnings

> I happened to notice these recurring warnings in the jetty-base stderrout.log from what is essentially a functional and fairly vanilla installation of the Windows IdP 3.1.2, running the packaged Jetty 9.2. Are these due to a bug, or perhaps a misconfiguration on my part?

I don't know, but a Windows path with more than one C:\ seems broken. Not sure how that happened, especially given that appears to be Jetty's temp directory.
