v3.2 how to point the custom login page

1.      Renamed /views/login.vm

2.      Copies all my custom jsp files to idp-home/edit-webapp/WEB-INF/jsp folder.

3.      Ran /build.sh

4.      Copied the war/idp.war file to /var/lib/tomcat/webapps folder

5.      Restarted tomcat.
I am getting this error. HTTP Status 500 - Handler processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/servlet/jsp/jstl/core/Config
