I'll add that in V3.2 we squashed out all the subsidiary name spaces for the
Attribute Filter Language (so afp:, saml: & basic: are no longer required).
I have been over the wiki a couple of times trying to make sure that the
examples reflect this with just a default namespace and no prefixes on the
types.  But there may be some places I have missed, so if this came from the
wiki please let us know.
