IdP 3.2 - ECDHE cipher

It turns out that for RHEL 7 openjdk 8 does not currently support the
ECC ciphers. Openjdk 7 does, and there is a RedHat bugzilla requesting
that ECC ciphers are made available in openjdk 8 as well (
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1245810)

I'm not going to do anymore with this since we are still just testing
IdP version 3. Hopefully, by the time we go live the cipher problem
will be resolved. If it is not, then we will revisit the problem.
