Yes with a lot of buts. Virtually everything we wrote years ago in the SLOIssues page still applies, and I will refresh and move it once the SLO documentation is written.

If you don't control the environment extensively, any logout result will be partial at best, and inaccurate at worst because of application sessions. If you're not prepared to spend many hours thinking about this, stop now and spend your time on more useful things.
