[cas-user] shibcas + ECP

Thank you both for your responses .. the solution presented itself shortly after crying for help .. it was fairly simple (RTFM simple) :

In : ./conf/idp.properties
Set : idp.authn.flows = Shibcas|RemoteUserInternal

The CILogon test script now just produces : "ECP request successful!"

That too, if in fact you're using the container and not the IdP itself to do basic-auth. But you don't actually have to do that.
