MCB Functionality Replication in IdPv3

Dave,

Your handy guide references authn-comparison.xml in step 6. First, does this file (which I assume needs to be newly created) go in $IDP_HOME/conf or $IDP_HOME/conf/authn?

And secondly, I don’t see any other configs or your shib-extensions code referring to this file. How does the IDP know about it?
