SAML1 attribute query problem

We are having an issue with one SAML one SP as we upgraded to IdP V3. we
are getting the following error:

http://shibboleth.net/ns/profiles/saml1/query/attribute is not available
for relying party configuration RelyingParty$child#67034cdd

When I tested against a test SP before going live we didn't have the issue.

Any quick fixes?
