IDP v3 Double Login

Following up on this, we're finding that adding an additional slash, /, to the initial login link that users use to start a session from the SP alleviated the issue here. I'm not entirely certain why this would have caused any issue on either side, but I figured I'd mention it in case there is a bug somewhere that isn't known.

Because whatever they don't like wasn't in the V2 response.
