It's possible. You're welcome to file a bug. We don't have any LDAP testing happening without TLS, so I would imagine that would be why. I also suspect it's a simple fix you can apply to a config file, but that would depend on what the bug turns out to be.

Always. I assume your commercial organization will be joining the consortium to help fund that?

I wonder if you have any idea how much actual developer time is available on this project and how much testing help we get. I doubt it.

I once spoke to a project that I won't name who told me they had 20 FTE assigned to QA and Testing. That's almost 6 times the total FTE on this project.
