Issues getting GitHub configured to utilize Shibboleth IDP

I don't see any issues with my back end SSL configs.

I am not sure I understand what you mean when you say 
" I suppose you're routing messages that aren't encoded with the POST binding to the POST endpoint."

Would you please elaborate

Using SAML
SAML is an XML-based standard for authentication and authorization. GitHub Enterprise can act as a service provider (SP) with your internal SAML identity provider (IdP).
GitHub Enterprise implements the SAML 2.0 standard. We officially support the following identity providers:

Shibboleth
Okta
OneLogin

I am going to double check my SSL backend settings.

I wasn't aware GitHub supported SAML.

I suppose you're routing messages that aren't encoded with the POST binding to the POST endpoint.
