Multiple entity-category attributes or multivalued

Using a separate extension element that itself has no content wouldn't tell you anything about the attesting authority.

I was thinking of pseudo-XML like:

<RegistrarInfo = InCommon>

<EntityAttibute attester = UC System>
<md:Attribute isUCSystem = true>
<md:Attribute isPartOfCaliforniaTrustMatrix = true>
</EntityAttribute>

I’m probably misunderstanding the data structure here completely.  Sigh.
