Multiple entity-category attributes or multivalued

I guess I lack common sense again(typical), but I don’t see a radical difference between iterating over one set and iterating over a set of sets if the data is going to be flattened at the end anyway.

The specific use case that I had in mind was association of sets of entity tags with the attesting authority.  I guess that’s implicit in the name, or you can use an assertion.
