ECP soap message in logs?

Reporting back that setting the content-type fixed the issue. Thanks to
all.

I'd be happy to write the docs for ECP config in v3. Would that be OK?

I should add that the Python version on that page still needs to be
updated. I am at a conference but when I return I will try to get that
done (if nobody beats me to it...).
