Manipulating Shib Configuration Files

Thanks for the response. Yes, that was just an example. I'm shibbolizing an
application in headless embedded nodes and the deployment environments are
not known a priory. I'm looking for a way to allow simple and dynamic
configuration of Shib behavior during deployment and maintenance. Asking
users to manually edit config files is not an option so would like to do
this through my application GUI. If anyone has used any kind of XML parser
or had the need to manipulate Shib files please share your experience.
