How to see Shibboleth headers?

Hello,

I'm trying to use Shibboleth to authenticate to Liferay portal. I have installed shibboleth plugin for liferay, which has pretty much only one important setting called >User Header<  with default setting >SHIBBOLETH_USER_EMAIL<
I'm not sure if that is the right setting but I don't know how to see which headers exists in my shibboleth session?

If I got to Shibboleth.sso/Session page all I get is:

Attributes

I need to know in which header is the user email. How can I see that?

I have defined mail in attribute-map.xml:
<Attribute name="urn:mace:dir:attribute-def:mail" id="mail"/>
And I have also added it to attribute-resolver.xml and attribute-filter.xml
