Testshib non-functional?

Today, 04.13.2015, noon ET

I'm using https://sp.testshib.org/ to go against my idp

This was working as recently as last week.
Now I get:

2015-04-13 12:21:11 WARN Shibboleth.SessionInitiator.SAML2 [148]:
unable to locate metadata for provider
(https://login.bc.edu/idp/shibboleth)


If I try to re-UL the metadata using link
https://www.testshib.org/metadata.html, I get a 404 from apache.
