Duo Security iframe issue

This is not a core shibboleth IdP question but I'm hoping someone can point
me in the right direction since I feel like I'm missing something obvious.

I'm very close to getting duo_shibb working on the idp 2.4.4 but I'm
hitting one last snag I can't seem to get around.

I have the Duo.init being called in duo.jsp and it seems to have valid data
according to firebug in the rendered duo.jsp page, however my firebug says
that:
ReferenceError: Duo is not defined

When it hits the Duo.init(... script tag

I'm loading the Duo-Web-v1.bundled.js javascript and have verified through
firebug that it's loading with a 200 result, but the iframe never shows up
with the Duo widget, presumably because it can't find the Duo class
definition. This all seems to be javascript related. The duo.jsp page is
loading, its just not loading the widget. I've also made sure that the
source file Duo-Web-v1.bundled.js is being loaded before Duo.init is called
in duo.jsp (The default example was set up that way enyway).

What am I missing here?
