shibd Memory Usage

Thanks for the info. My restarted shibd is already at 388MiB Virtual and
148MiB Resident.

Does `free -m` tell you anything interesting about your swap usage? I
often run it before and after a shibd restart and the numbers change a
lot between the two runs.

I've not seen any other long running processes eat into swap like this
but maybe it's a function of the frequently reallocated metadata structures?
