name id format unspecified

Hello,

I looked at the oasis saml documentation about name id format, for unspecified name id format,
URI is urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified
There is no such
urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:unspecified, is it right?
