Shib Metadata

Hi All,
I’m trying to get the attached metadata to upload to https://testshib.org but the error I’m getting is not really helpful in figuring out what is wrong. "The file you are attempting to upload is not valid metadata. Please correct any errors and try again” This is a custom saml implementation in Ruby that I’m trying to get Shib to work with along side my other SSO code for ADFS servers. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
