Idp initiated SSO

I need help in configuring IDP initiated SSO. As per the link, https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPUnsolicitedSSO, the handler and internal.xml has the default configuration. I added the SP metadata to the metadata.xml file. I am not even sure if I have to add the metadata. What else do I have to do configure?
