It sounds like you (mysteriously?) solved it, but I was going to comment
that the entityID's above don't match:

https://sforge0.york.ac.uk/sf/saml/   !=  https://sforge0.york.ac.uk/sf/saml


Note the trailing slash on one.  So somehow you must have adjusted one
or the other with the keystore stuff.
