Length of an attribute

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any limitation on the size of an attribute
value that might affect passing large blobs (SSH public key, X.509
certificate, jpegPhoto, etc) between an IdP and an SP.

Are you aware of any limitations outside Shib, such as CGI env size
and/or request header length?
