Metadata precedence on entityID appearing twice in two different feeds.

Thanks Kevin.  My use of the work "broken" sounded a little harsh and
could've used more qualification, but I was referring to my setup and not
the Shibboleth IdP software.

I appreciate the help and forgive the top-posting.

Also this happens a lot on testshib when people don't read the directions.
